Triathlon training for all levels from beginners through to advanced.

Southwell Triathlon and Racing (STAR) is run by experienced, qualified Level One triathlon coaches Leanne and Tony Southwell.   The sessions are fun, friendly and cater for all levels in a non-intimidating environment.

Tri Swim Squads are run at the Cotton Tree Aquatic Centre every Tuesday and Thursday from 12:30 - 1:30pm.

Pool sessions cost:

$10 per casual session (includes pool entry)
