The Adult Fitness Squad has been designed for everyday people wanting to improve their swimming technique and general fitness. Sessions are performed at your own pace and are designed to provide stroke development, the basic fundamentals of swimming, fitness training and a splash of speed work for variety. This squad is fun and social.
Monday and Friday 5.30am - 7.00am

Tuesday and Thursday 5.30pm - 6.45pm
