Sarah Haralambous

Sarah has been teaching with us here at Buderim since October 2018 and during that time she has become valued as a firm but fun instructor. Sarah has a knack for understanding the full potential of her students, encouraging them to reach their personal best at all times.

Sarah’s background:

Sarah’s passion for swimming began in School, where she swam competitively.
In ’99, she began teaching LTS for her club in Canberra, progressing through to coaching for the Junior and State Squads. In 2004, Sarah obtained the Australian Level 1 Coach, and the ASCTA Bronze and Silver coaching licences. In 2005 she completed her Bachelor of Coaching Science Degree at UC, and undertook a mentor training course with the Australian Sports Commission.

In ’06, Sarah moved to the Coast, Coaching the Junior Squads at Immanuel School, while Brian Stehr was with the National Squad at Kawana.

Sarah also has her personal training, remedial massage and Les Mills Body Balance trainer certificates, and in 2009 she completed her Level 1 & 2 Yoga Instruction Qualifications, running her own Yoga business since then.
