The Adult Fitness Squad at Buderim has been designed for everyday people wanting to improve their swimming technique and general fitness.
Sessions are performed at your own pace and are designed to provide stroke developments, the basic fundamentals of swimming, fitness training and a splash of speed work for variety. Adult Fitness Squads are a great way to build fitness and reach goals while getting fit in a social atmosphere.
Our coach, Tracy Mitchell, offers a varied program where you're sure to pick up some great technique tips which will in turn improve your stroke efficiency and prevent injuries.
