Mini Squad
This is the first level in our squad program and has been specifially designed as an introduction for young swimmers to squad training.
Swimmers at this level will learn lane etiquette, the rules of racing and race skills, how to read the pace clock and work from the program board.
Improving technique takes precedence over distance and each session is designed at developing their technique through small aerobic and drill sets.

Junior squad
The Juniors work on skill development, stamina and stroke technique. Maintaining correct technique through the drills is an important focus.
Swimmers are encouraged to attend 2 - 5 session per week.

Intermediate Squad
Our Intermediate squad is a technique based squad where swimmers will be trained through difficult aerobically based sessions and skill and drill sets. The aerobic sets are designed to develop the swimmers stroke under the stress of fatigue allowing the swimmer to instill the foundations and rules of their technique for racing under pressure.
Swimmers are encouraged to attend 3-7 sessions per week.

Intermediate Squad Requirements

Senior Squad
This squad involves performance based training for the elite competitive athlete. Sessions are based on working towards and achieving specific performance goals that have been set by each individual athlete, whether it be specific pool swimming, surf lifesaving or waterpolo.
Programs are formulated into cycles and designed to address all areas that influence an athlete's performance, including technique, endurance and speed.
Swimmers are encouraged to attend 5 - 10 sessions per week.
