At Swim Fit our Aqua classes are held in different water depths, with deep water classes providing float belts to assist exercises. Generally you don’t even need to be able to swim to participate in Aqua Aerobics classes. Although generally more low-impact than land-based aerobics Aqua Aerobics does have most of the fat-burning and endurance-building benefits that you get from other forms of aerobic activity. We have a full Aqua Aerobics Timetable with both morning and evening classes for all age groups held at each of our centres. We have a variety of Aqua Instructors who each provide a different focus to their classes so that we can offer you a varied timetable and many workout options to choose from.
